Between plain and duck canvas, the duck has threads more tightly woven. 17mil Poly/Cotton Blend canvas has the aesthetic qualities of cotton with consistent prints from roll to roll. Matte canvas has a smaller color gamut. For brighter colors & greater accuracy, use satin or gloss finish.
Possible uses:
Large runs, fine art, photo reproduction where glare could be an issue (high contrast images with a complex color mix or very dark colors incl black.
