Polyvinyl Chloride - low cost, flexible & high impact strength. Good resistance to UV, acids, alkalis, oils, and many corrosive chemicals. Good electrical insulation properties. Non-flammable. CONS: heat-sensitive, not eco-friendly, health concerns during manufacturing. As an alternative see POE.
