Custom 0.5mm plastic

Styrene is an affordable, semi-rigid, lightweight plastic. It is white matte, highly heat & impact-resistant, and extremely bendable. A 20mil (0.5mm) sheet can roll into a 6-inch tube. For sturdy stand-alone sheets, see 2-4mm thick styrene.

An environmentally friendly alternative to PVC. White, matte, slightly bendable Polypropylene sheet. Good tensile strength and resistance to chemicals. Compared to PVC, PP is harder and more heat and abrasion-resistant.

White matte, with slight sheen PVC plastic, slightly bends. May yellow over time when exposed to sunlight. PVC is heavier and stronger than other plastics but is manufactured with the addition of a plethora of toxic additives, which can make it harmful to consumers when burnt.
