Single Jersey knitted wales make fabric warm, flexible, stretchy, twice thicker than yarn weave. Premium ring-spun cotton (spun from very long continuous fibers) creates tight, extremely flat even surface on both sides, has no fluff and provides an enhanced decoration and a soft, comfortable feel
Cotton 60% Polyester40% is a soft stretchy blend. Single Jersey knitted wales are clearly visible on the face side (backside appearance is different). This fabric is warm, flexible, stretchy, and wear to comfort. Thickness is half of the diameter of yarn woven fabrics. Has curling tendency.
Sublimation Polyester is a soft stretchy fabric with the ideal surface for super-bright and bold-color all-over printing. 180gsm is a medium weight on a scale of 130-220gsm. Pros: odorless, durable and won't wrinkle or shrink. Cons: may irritate the skin. Less breathability than cotton fabric.
180gsm Sublimation Poly blend is a soft stretchy fabric, ideal for bright color sublimation all-over printing. On a scale of 130-220 gsm has a medium thickness. Compared to 100% polyester, drapes better, more durable, and more comfortable. Cons: colors may look slightly dull. Both sides are smooth.
