Reprints & Refunds
Collllor wants you to be thrilled with your order. However, if you need to reprint an order, we're here to help.
Reprints
We work with verified printing companies to ensure products meet industry standards (see the Verified badge on seller profiles).
After delivery, you have 72 hours to review your order.
If your print job is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications, you may request a reprint or refund.
How to Request a Reprint
-Contact your seller through the Collllor platform within 3 business days of receiving your order
-Include clear details and, if possible, photos of the issue
If you do not contact the seller within this timeframe, the seller may decline the request.
Review Process
-The seller will respond within 3 business days to:
approve a reprint or refund, or
request additional information
-If requested information is not provided in 2 business days, the request may be declined
If your request is approved
The seller will offer one of the following:
-Reprint with rush production, or
-Refund of the original order price
Return Requirements
Unless agreed otherwise:
-The full original order must be returned within 15 calendar days
-Return instructions will be provided by the seller
Failure to return the order within this timeframe may result in the request being canceled.
Resolution timeline
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process after approval
-Reprints begin within 1 business day after the returned items are received (or as otherwise agreed)
The forgoing is Seller’s sole responsibility with respect to a defective order. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the order.
Important
- Reprints and refunds apply only to defective products or orders that do not meet agreed specifications
- Sellers are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits or business interruption)
Not eligible for reprints or refunds
The following situations are generally not eligible for a reprint or refund:
Customer-provided errors
- Errors in uploaded files (e.g., spelling, layout, graphics, bleeds, crop marks, dielines)
- Low-resolution or incorrect file formats (e.g., not 300 DPI, wrong color mode)
- Color shifts caused by file conversion (e.g., RGB or Pantone to CMYK)
Shipping and delivery issues
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Orders refused at delivery or undeliverable shipments
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside of control
If an order is returned, the seller may offer reshipping at the customer’s expense.
Production limitations
- Minor color variations or differences in ink density
- Product limitations not guaranteed in the listing (e.g., ability to write on coated surfaces)
We recommend ordering samples when precise results are required.
Timing and order changes
- Orders canceled after production has started
- Time-sensitive materials that arrive too late due to insufficient planning
Duplicate or incorrect orders
- Orders placed incorrectly or duplicated by mistake
External factors
- Delays or issues caused by force majeure (e.g., weather, transportation disruptions, customs)
Important
Collllor may provide general guidance, but sellers are responsible for production and fulfillment.
If an issue is unclear, Collllor may review the case.

Refunds
It is highly unlikely that a seller will cancel an order once production has started.
However, if this occurs, Collllor will review the situation and issue a full or partial refund, as appropriate.
Refunds are issued using your original payment method.
Refunds are sent to the issuing bank within 7 business days after approval.
Please contact your bank for details on when the funds will appear in your account.
