Your Account

To create a Collllor Account use your email address for your user name. By using your Collllor Account, you can personalize your online ordering experience. You can save items you’re interested in purchasing, save a bag if you’re almost ready to place an order, check the status of or change your order, check scheduled payment balances, and much more.

Additionally, your Collllor Account gives you access to all Collllor resources. Sign in to Your Account to begin taking advantage of them:

• The Product Catalog, for customizing your unique product staring with the right material and comparing instant quotes.
• The Inspiration Catalog, for comparing prices on hundreds of design ideas.
• The Collllor Guide, for quick hints on how to select the right materials in Collllor Catalog
• List your design portfolio.

If you forgot your password, you can easily recover or reset it. For security reasons, Collllor cannot reset your password for you. To protect yourself against unauthorized purchases to your credit card, do not give out your password to anyone.

It's easy to change your Collllor Username, password, or default shipping and payment information. Click here to view and edit your account information.

Any changes that you make will apply only to future orders. To make changes to current orders, visit My Orders page.

Sometimes Collllor is required to manually verify your ID.

We will ask you to upload your government-issued ID card. This can be one of the following:

A valid driver’s license

A valid government-issued photo ID

A valid government-issued passport

The copy must contain your full name, date of birth, and expiration date. If any of this information is on the back of your ID, you will need to upload a copy of both the front and back of your document. Your name on your ID must be in Latin characters, otherwise, we may reject the copy.

Make sure the image or images of your documents are clear and legible but do not alter the photograph/scan. If they're not, we may ask you to upload a better version.
 

Background Checks 

Sometimes, we may provide identification info from your government ID to banks and other financial institutions (which helps them enforce the various tax, anti-money laundering, and sanctions laws), as well as to law enforcement agencies (who may be conducting investigations requiring Collllor’s involvement.) These actions are 

Our goal is to work closely with these organizations and comply with our legal obligations, while also helping to ensure the respect, privacy, and security of everyone who uses Collllor.

While we believe these checks help us deter fraud and misuse of our services, they don’t guarantee that interactions with people who place orders on Collllor will be safe or problem-free.
